I’m a total list lover and stationery nerd, so something I love to do on a Sunday afternoon is sit down with my Google calendar and a blank sheet of paper and plan out the week ahead.
For me, it’s not only about the appointments and tasks, I also use my favourite self-care tool, journaling, to set intentions and connect with the energy I want to call in.
If you’d like to use the power of journaling to map out a week with meaning and heart, here are five of the journaling prompts I use throughout my week. I hope they help you connect with your own vision and energy, and bring you a sense of purpose and clarity, so you can consciously create the week you desire.
ONE :: This week I want to feel…
TWO :: My intention for this week is…
THREE :: My focus for this week is…
FOUR :: Where do I need to create space this week?
FIVE :: This week I will care for myself by…
I hope you find these prompts supportive and that they help you consciously create your week (and your life) in wonderful ways.
If you enjoy bringing intention to the week ahead, you might also like to take a few minutes to reflect on your week, celebrate your wins, and acknowledge your awesome with these journaling prompts.
With much love,
P.S. If you enjoy journaling, you might like to explore these prompts on goal getting, or these prompts on busting through fear.
