I’m a total list lover and stationery nerd, so something I love to do on a Sunday afternoon is sit down with my Google calendar and a blank sheet of paper and plan out the week ahead.

For me, it’s not only about the appointments and tasks, I also use my favourite self-care tool, journaling, to set intentions and connect with the energy I want to call in.

If you’d like to use the power of journaling to map out a week with meaning and heart, here are five of the journaling prompts I use throughout my week.
