5 journaling prompts to intentionally create your week

One of my favourite journaling practices is to spend Sunday afternoon getting organised, planning my week and connecting in with the energy I want to bring to the week ahead.

Here are five questions I use to bring purpose and clarity to my week.  I hope they help you flow into your week with intention and ease so you can consciously create the week you desire.
