Clarity. Focus. Momentum. Action. Inspiration. Motivation.
These are just some of the words the beautiful attendees used to describe how they felt after the first Rock Your Goals Adelaide Workshop.
Me? I feel grateful, humble, happy and proud.
Grateful to the 14 amazing women who said yes; yes to themselves, to their dreams and to designing and living the life they REALLY want. To living their life, their way and on their terms.
Humble because this little passion project of mine received such a loving welcome in the Adelaide community. There was such a beautiful buzz around the workshop on social media and the tickets sold like hot cakes!
Happy because I had the opportunity to spend such a lovely evening with a group of like minded, big hearted, wise women. Because I had the chance to teach, share, connect and help these incredible women see their own amazing potential.
Proud because heck, I’m no superwoman and the idea of public speaking, even in small groups, scares the pants off me! I’m proud to have put together a workshop that was so well received and which made a difference to the ladies who came along.
Rock Your Goals Adelaide was held at Brick + Mortar Creative – a wonderful hub for creatives and the community in Norwood, South Australia.
Over the course of the evening we worked through the Rock Your Goals workbook together. It took courage, vulnerability and really connecting with those deep and divine desires but these lovely ladies absolutely ROCKED it!
I’m also incredibly grateful to the wonderful people + companies whose generosity made the night extra special.
Heartfelt thanks to:
Envirosax for donating beautiful, eco-friendly re-useable goodie bags.
Thankyou for providing hydration with heart + divine body care products that make a difference.

Casey Pringle from RAW Chocolate for delighting our tastebuds with your velvety smooth + entirely delectable hand made chocolate.
Tom and the awesome team at Grill’d Burgers Norwood whose lovingly created + mouth-watering sliders made for very happy tummies.
Creative goddess and chief Wild Heart Emma Kate Codrington for the beautiful + inspirational art prints.

Elizabeth at Brick + Mortar Creative. Thank you for creating such an amazing space. You helped make my first workshop so wonderful.
The gorgeous + crazy talented Amy Agnew for capturing the night with her mad photo skills. (All of the photos in this post were taken by Amy – she’s genuinely amazing!)
Life saver, fairy godmother and event legend, Mary Bills from Amuse Creative for helping with set up, sanity checking + on demand hugs and high fives. You ROCK big time lady.
My ah-mazing, always there for me, wise, wonderful, funny and fabulous mentor Jade McKenzie from Event Head. Oh my heaven I’m so glad I met you! Without you I would not have had the courage to reach for the stars + make this beautiful, bold and big hearted vision come true. Thank you!
And to the 14 beautiful women who came along and rocked their goals. I’m so grateful to each and every one of you. Thank you for sharing this amazing event with me, for saying yes to you and for making it so very special. Keep shining and keep celebrating YOU!
