Today I’m talking with the amazing Katie Dean. She’s a mindset coach, speaker, mamma, and author of the Amazon bestselling book, Becoming Brave.
In this episode, we lift the lid on self-doubt and self-sabotage, share our tips to help you Rock Your Goals and your confidence, and we get real about what making real change looks like (hint: it has nothing to do with the size of your thighs or what you ate for breakfast!).
We also explore what it means to do a little seasonal self-pruning and how to stop saying yes to ALL of the things. Plus, Katie will flip the way you define ‘success’ on its head, so you can build a business (and life) you really love.
So kick off your shoes, get comfy and come and join the conversation.

+ Loving shout out to Ane Novak who created the wonderful tune “Happy Day” (the awesome intro & outro music to Rock Your Goals the podcast) which gets me grooving in my seat every time I hear it.
Wow, this was such a fascinating chat. I’ve faced similar struggles (from loss to wanting to do everything), and what Katie has to say about finding fulfillment + lifelong change resonated with me so much. Plus this, “Every new sunrise is a reset.” I love that. I need that as a print for my office!
Thank you for sharing!
Thanks so much for listening to the podcast Brigid. I’m sorry to hear about your struggles and I hope what we talked about helped. I’m so with you on that quote too – it’s absolutely brilliant! 🙂
I can completely relate, I was searching for answers at the bottom of my bottle of wine. When it hit me I was allowing fear to hold me back and that was more scary than failure. So I dusted myself off and every day I am moving forward to “ROCKING MY GOALS”. Anyway love the podcast!!!
Thank you so much for sharing your experience Lakisha and I’m so glad you enjoyed the podcast. Keep Rocking Your Goals gorgeous lady! x
