I’m so happy you’re here to hang with me for the final episode of Rock Your Goals the podcast.
It’s been one heck of a rad ride from the little seed of an idea for a podcast at the ProBlogger conference back in 2015, through to learning the tech and getting comfortable listening to my own voice so much in the editing process, not to mention connecting with so many truly incredible and inspiring people along the way.
I had no idea when I started the show what it would become, or how well received it would be.
My aim was to create a podcast that shared tips, truths and tools to help people grow their dream business, without burning out or going broke in the process.
I wanted to give people access to the knowledge of amazing experts and introduce listeners to fresh faces and up and coming biz bosses in a way that was 100% BS free.
And I wanted each episode to feel like the kind of juicy conversation that, if you overheard it in a cafe, you’d want to take notes from, or pull up a chair and join in.
It was always my intention for the show to be real, relatable and filled with practical, easy to implement ideas to help you rock your business, and I couldn’t be more chuffed and proud that (from the amazing feedback I’ve received along the way – thank you so much for that) the show has done just that.
It’s bittersweet to be sharing the final episode, and I’ll admit I’ve been holding back a little in releasing this episode out into the world. Because while I know in my heart it’s the right decision, I’ll genuinely miss the delicious conversations I had with such wonderful people in recording each episode and sharing each episode with the wonderful listeners. (But I also have a gut feeling this won’t be my last podcast – with the space I’ve created, the ideas are already starting to flow, so watch this space!)
It’s been an honour, a privilege and a gift to share Rock Your Goals the podcast with you.
And with this episode, as with every episode; my friend, I hope you love it.
