Today I’m talking with the beautiful Rebecca Weller from Sexy Sobriety.
Bex is a Holistic Health & Life Coach who found herself in a dysfunctional relationship with alcohol.
When Bex realised that the booze wasn’t helping her feel healthy or build the booming business of her dreams, she decided to break up with alcohol and share what she was going through on her blog.
From the very first post, women all over the world were relating to her story, cheering her on and joining in with their own sobriety experiments; and so Bex’s business “Sexy Sobriety” was born.
Bex now supports women to ditch the drink, take control of their lives and unleash their awesome + authentic selves into the world.
In this episode Bex shares her business journey and how sobriety, as well as simplifying, have made her business stronger and more successful than ever before.
We talk about fear busting, letting go of the “shoulds” and how sharing what you’re going through can strengthen your business.
Bex is such a wise woman and she talks about the evolution of her business in such an honest and relatable way. This is a super inspiring episode and I hope you love it.
