EFT / Tapping

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), also known as tapping, is where you lightly tap on acupressure points on your face and body as you repeat mantras, affirmations or just say how you’re feeling or what you’re feeling stuck about (you can say it out loud or in your head, and it doesn’t have to be perfect or even make sense! Your subconscious has got your back.). It’s an amazing way to shift stagnant energy and step into your most aligned, successful and goal getting self.
