I’ve been talking about Instagram with tonnes of people lately – from the gorgeous members of the Rock Your Goals Facebook group, to Instagram superheroes like Chantelle Ellem from Fat Mum Slim, and it made me realise I actually know a thing or two about Instagram (also referred to as “Insta” and “IG” in this post) that might be kinda useful!
So I’ve packaged it all up here in this rather epic blog post, called “pretty much everything I know about Instagram”.
Why “pretty much everything” and not just “everything”?
Because there’s probably a thing or two I know, but my very full brain forgot to remind me of as I wrote this post, so if I think of anything else, I’ll be sure to add it. But this should keep you busy for a while.
Here we go…
Rather stay in bed than work on your biz?
Chucking sickies but the boss is you?
Oh sista I hear you!
I’ve been to that sucky place when you feel like everything in your business is shit and doesn’t make sense. When you don’t believe in anything you’re selling, the blog post ideas just won’t come and everything feels like wading through concrete.
You feel stuck. You doubt yourself. You get to the point where you want to tear it all down and start from scratch or just quit, run away and hide.
YOU’RE NOT ALONE!
I watched an awesome webinar this morning presented by Caitlin Bacher about how to totally rock the shiz out of your Instagram account and I wanted to share the brilliant tips she taught about creating a bio that bangs (rather than one that blows, wipes, sucks or bites the big one).
Yesterday was International Happiness Day and it got me to thinking about doing more of what makes you happy. You know, the simple things in life. And because I love lists and setting myself little challenges, I thought I’d dive into a little bubble of happy and share 53 things that bring happiness into my life.
Why 53? Why not. It’s as good a number as any!
I also want to challenge you!
Step one – share one thing that makes you feel divinely, blissfully, stupendously happy in the comments below, and then (and unlike Dude, Where’s My Car? – there IS and “and then”) see if you can create your own list of 53 things that bring you a whole lot of happy.
I’m having a great big party over here because I hit publish on my 100th blog post on the weekend.
So how am I celebrating, you ask?
Popping party poppers and lighting sparklers?
I’m over the moon to have had my first article published on the Huffington Post today. Yay!! Major milestone ticked off the list.
I thought I’d share a quick step by step on how you can get published on the Huffington Post in case it’s something that’s on your goals list but you don’t know where to start. I hope it helps.
